We put emphasis on the satisfaction of our tenants. In order to do our best to ensure a high comfort of living in our apartments, we manage our properties ourselves. We are constantly implementing new, modern solutions to ease and quicken communication between us and our tenants.

Online portal

To speed up communication and to promptly resolve all requests and issues, we have introduced an online portal that is accessible to all of our tenants. Access to the system is possible via website and an application for both iOS and Android. What can you solve through the portal?

Would you like to learn how to dance? Studio COOL DANCE offers a wide range of classes for both adults and children. Take up ballroom, latin or any other dancing style under the watchful eye of professional dancers.

Dental clinic COOL LOOK offers dental and aesthetic procedures, teeth whitening, dental cleaning, regular check-up, dental care for children any many more dental services in modern and elegant premises.

Call the emergency line 1239 of Pražská plynárenská in the event of a failure of any gas infrastructure and a situation associated with a general threat in connection with the operation of the gas distribution network.
